1. R&D and Design

Every product starts with a need. Feedback from our customers is the most important source of new styles and improvements. The work we started in 2015 to solve the problem of slipping underscarves led to the silicone-strip non-slip underscarf, patented in 2016. Today we have more than 100 patented designs. 2. Choosing the Fabric: The First Step to Quality

Everything starts with the right fabric. We choose it according to what the product is for:

Viscose and jersey: For softness and comfort in everyday wear.

Micro and perforated micro: For lightness and quick drying in sport and hot weather.

Chiffon: For light, flowing scarves.

Crepe: For matte scarves and turbans that hold their shape.

3. Patterns and Cutting

We use different patterns for each product group (underscarves, scarves, square scarves, sports hijabs, ready-to-wear turbans). Whether an underscarf sits closely, does not slip and does not squeeze depends largely on an accurate pattern. At the cutting stage we take care to keep fabric waste and errors to a minimum.

4. Sewing and Quality Control

Our products are sewn by experienced craftspeople and then checked by our quality control team. At this stage, stitching, elastic stretch, sizing and colour matching are checked. On non-slip underscarves, the position and durability of the silicone strip are checked separately.

5. Packing and Presentation

We believe presentation matters as much as production. Our products are packed in hygienic conditions in Ecardin-labelled packaging. Colour, style and size information is passed on to logistics so your order is prepared correctly and quickly.
