Delivery Conditions

Orders are shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after bank approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from Istanbul, the cargo company will deliver your order within 1–3 business days.

For international shipments, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processes and are estimated to be between 7 and 28 days.

Delivery times for custom-made products may vary depending on the production process. Delivery details and estimated times for such products are specified on the relevant product pages.

In the event of any issue caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. For this reason, it is important that your membership details are complete and accurate. No deliveries are made on public holidays and official holidays.

All selected products will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies under the Ecardin guarantee.

The products you purchase will be confirmed to you via a confirmation email. If any of the selected products are out of stock, you will be notified by email and informed of the date on which the product will be restocked.

Ecardin.com is an online shopping website that allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. In rare cases, multiple customers may purchase the same product at the same time, which may result in stock depletion.

If you have completed your payment online and the product is no longer available in our stock, a waiting period of a minimum of 4 (four) days and a maximum of 30 (thirty) days applies. If the product cannot be supplied to the customer within this period, the payment made will be fully refunded.
