Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, please make sure to inspect the product during delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery and have a damage report prepared. Any modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of its original design are excluded from the warranty coverage.

Return and Exchange Conditions

If the product you purchased through our website is found to be defective, you must contact us via the online support section on our website or submit a return request through the system within 14 days from the delivery date. Following this notification, the defective product sent to us via the cargo company will be replaced with a new one.

If the defect in the ordered product is caused by customer use, if the product packaging is deformed, torn, or damaged, or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Return and exchange procedures are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.
